Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Partner to join their thriving real estate team in Miami. With a proven track record of navigating complex deals and providing integrated, business-focused solutions, their team takes pride in helping clients buy, sell, lease, develop, manage, and finance real estate assets across diverse asset classes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as lead counsel on large portfolio transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing for national and regional clients.
- Represent a diverse client base, including developers, REITs, banks, private investment funds, franchise businesses, and more.
- Provide strategic guidance on real estate diligence, including sale-leaseback transactions, distressed-debt portfolios, and securitised lending.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to address environmental, tax, and regulatory considerations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in industries such as healthcare, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing, among others.
- Oversee large-scale leasing, development, and transaction matters across multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial projects.
- Counsel clients on compliance, risk mitigation, and creative problem-solving strategies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Florida.
- Extensive experience in real estate law, with a strong background in large-scale transactions, financing, and development.
- Proven leadership and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Expertise across diverse asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and healthcare projects.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, with a commitment to delivering results-driven solutions.
